Cancelation Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.


If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to everyone's time, including yours and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time for your scheduled appointment.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

A card is required to book an appointment. The card information stays in the Booking System and we do not have access to any details. This card will only be charged in case of a No-Show or Late-Cancellation.

24-hour advance notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to occupy that time slot. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a 20% fee. This includes partial cancellation in case of multiple-service reservations. The fee will be charged to your card on file. If you haven't saved a card to your file, this fee should be payed before starting your next appointment. Cancelation and reschedule fee may be waived due to emergencies, illness and/or act of god.

If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns, and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary service if it was a faulty application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. You are paying for the time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. However, we are happy to replace any defective product and fix any unsatisfactory result from faulty application.

Gift Card Policy

Redeemable only at Simply Pretty Spa located at 701 N Railroad St. Eagle River WI, 54521.
Not redeemable for cash.
All gift cards are final sale and not qualified to purchase other gift cards.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misuse of gift cards.
Value never expires.

We ship to anywhere in the USA via USPS.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days after confirming your purchase for orders to process.

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more USD before taxes and shipping.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. You may however, cancel unshipped orders for a full refund.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the client needs to report it at the above email within 2 business days of receiving your purchase. Please include pictures of the damaged item. Product will need to be returned and a new one will be sent at no extra cost to the client.
